π Short Bio (CV)
Jian Song is currently a Ph.D student at Machine Learning and Statistical Data Analysis Lab, The University of Tokyo, advised by Prof. Naoto Yokoya. He is also a research Part-timer of the Geoinformatics Team at the RIKEN AIP.
His research centers on creating and utilizing high-fidelity synthetic 3D environments to address real-world remote sensing challenges. By combining advanced scene generation and transfer learning techniques, he aims to unlock scalable global 3D understanding for applications in urban planning, environmental monitoring, and beyond.
He is a big fan of Dota2 and Mahjong.
